Safe by design
Your projects and your customers' details are business-critical. We treat them that way.
Your data stays separate
Each company only ever sees its own projects, people and files.
Official sign-in only
Microsoft and Google accounts connect through their own sign-in pages. We never see those passwords.
Encrypted and checked
Everything travels over HTTPS. Connection keys are stored encrypted and removed when you disconnect.
The right people only
Roles decide who can see email, invoices and settings. Repeated wrong sign-in attempts are blocked.
Connecting your Microsoft or Google account
Connecting is optional, and each person does it for themselves. When you connect Gmail and Google Calendar, or Outlook and Microsoft 365, PortalSync uses that access only to show, send and organise your own email and meetings inside PortalSync, and to file the ones you choose to a project.
- Email: read, search, send, reply, draft and label your messages, shown live from your account.
- Calendar: show your calendars and create, change or cancel meetings, including video-call links.
- Not kept: we do not store copies of your emails, never sell this data, never use it for ads and never use it to train AI.
- Your choice: disconnect at any time in My Account; our access is removed straight away.
